We only cover support for our themes, and cannot give general WordPress support that isn’t related to our themes. For general WordPress support you will have to use www.wordpress.org/support We understand that there is a fine line between what is considered support & modifications. So whilst we will try help you with any type of query (support or modification), we cannot provide extensive help in terms of modifications. Technical support will take priority over modification support.


What's included in item support:

  • Item support period - 6 moths free(from the purchase date) / with option for paid support up to 12 moths(from the purchase date)
  • Answering questions about how to use the item - please make sure that you read all available documentations, FAQ and comments sections first. For general WordPress support that isn’t specific to our themes you will have to use www.wordpress.org/support
  • Answering technical questions about the item functionality
  • Help with defects in the item
  • Item updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and to resolve security vulnerabilities

What's not included in item support:

  • Item customization
  • Installation of the item - You can hire us for WordPress express install (within 24h) at Envato Studio
  • Hosting, server environment, or software
  • Support for third party software and plug-ins
